Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests must include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• You must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake. For returns that meet all requirements, we will refund the full purchase price excluding original shipping fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. You may be asked to provide additional information to assist with our investigation.
